Digital Product Manager for long term Hybrid Role in VA, need some one local to VA only

Contract | Banking / Credit Union | Hybrid in VA Local

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of member-facing digital channels for a banking or credit union environment. This role is ideal for a digital product owner or channel leader with strong experience managing online and mobile banking experiences and working across business, technology, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital member-facing channels.
• Lead the ongoing enhancement of online banking, mobile banking, and digital experiences .
• Partner with business, technology, UX, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize initiatives and drive delivery.
• Translate business and member needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps .
• Manage cross-functional delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Monitor digital channel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive a strong member experience.
• Coordinate with technology partners and third-party vendors to deliver digital solutions.
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, and delivery status to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or Channel Manager.
• Strong experience working within banking, financial services, or credit union environments .
• Hands-on experience owning online banking, mobile banking, or other member-facing digital channels .
• Proven experience with product roadmap ownership and cross-functional delivery .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Q2, Symitar, or comparable digital banking platforms .
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners .
• Experience working in a credit union environment.
