We are searching for an experienced and talented Employee Relations Professional to join this highly collaborative Employee Relations Advisor Team.Our Impact:The Employee Relations Advisor Team is responsible for handling a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters, including the resolution of employment allegations and complaints to ensure fairness, consistency, legal compliance, and mitigate corporate risk.Your Impact:Lead end-to-end management of complex employee relations cases, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes aligned with company policies and regulatory requirementsExercise sound judgment and decision-making authority, leveraging policy and past practice, to assess risk, determine appropriate resolutions, and advise on sensitive or high-impact employee matters with limited oversightServe as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations issues including performance management, workplace conduct, and policy applicationDevelop clear, comprehensive employee relations case documentation and case summaries, ensuring accuracy, defensibility, and adherence to confidentiality and audit standardsAnalyze case trends and emerging risks to inform proactive strategies, strengthen manager capability, and enhance the effectiveness of employee relations programs and practicesTrack case volume, outcomes, and themes. Analyze trends to identify systemic workforce issues. Prepare reports and recommendations for HR and leadership, as needed.Support operational functions such as manage case tracking systems and documentation repositories. Coordinate ER intake processes and workflows. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $81,000 - $121,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
