# Flexible 4-Day Work Week Option
Work a Monday to Friday schedule with the potential for a 4-day work week, coordinating with other patient coordinators to allow for a day off. Office hours include early finishes on Fridays, typically by 3 or 4 PM.

Work in a practice equipped with a VaTech CBCT unit, digital radiographs, an Itero scanner, and a 3D printer. The facility utilizes Dentrix Ascend software and Dexis digital sensors for patient management and imaging.

Patient Coordinator
Job Description- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
full-time $16 - $21 per hour
Benefits Office hours are Monday 8:30-7pm with an hour lunch, Tuesday 8:30-6pm with and hour lunch, Wednesday is by appointment only with patients and tend to be a shorter day unless we have large cases we are seeing. Thursdays are 7:30-5pm and Fridays are 7:30 to 3/4pm.
Open to a 4 day work week and alternating/coordinating with other patient coordinator's schedules so each could have a day off if 5 days is too much.
Must be able to type and work on computers. Need to have a positive attitude and a team attitude to work with coworkers and patients.
