Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory movement, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflow across receiving, storage, and shipping functions. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse team members during assigned shifts
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., GMPs, HACCP, FDA standards)
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse conditions
- Train and onboard new warehouse employees
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and incidents are reported promptly
