Current Clinic Medical Director Opportunities in Columbus & Dayton, OH! Position Snapshot - Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: None
- Patients: All ages
- Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine + Urgent Care
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pace: Steady workflow, strong support staff, modern clinical environment
You’ll spend the majority of your time providing care — the rest leading your center’s clinical excellence.

Core Responsibilities Clinical Care (Primary Focus)- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and urgent care needs
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, injections, splinting)
- Order/interpret X-rays, labs, and diagnostic testing
- Deliver evidence-based occupational and urgent care
Clinical Leadership - Lead and mentor NPs/PAs
- Maintain clinical quality and patient safety
- Partner with Center Director on operational goals
- Engage with local employers and community partners
- Support staffing, workflow, and team development
- Serve as the face of clinical excellence within the center

Candidate Requirements - Active & unrestricted Ohio medical license + DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible (ABMS or AOA)
- Eligible for Medicare Participation
- FMCSA NRCME (or willingness to obtain — training provided)
- Background in FM, IM, EM, UC, or Occupational Medicine
- Leadership experience a plus (but not required!)
